Usually we hear them say all men are created equal therefore every man has the right to live free and happy, every man should have something to eat, a place to sleep and so on. Should it require some type of right for any human being when it comes for foods, a place to lay and to rest when it is necessary?
What about the animals in which category should we put them?
Since we know animals have feelings and sometimes show emotion, dog for instance.
Is it a validation to treat animals just like human being?
Should they have the same right as people?

People are free to choose whatever they want; however animals will never be equal to any man whatever the standard.
