7 steps to master your silence

One of the greatest forces I discovered in my early age, which I instill into me to continue on with the journey of my life. I still make enormous effort to keep up with this unchanging force that existed since the beginning of time, this force is silence.

This existent and unseen element can exercise through strength, mystery, victory, and the wise choices of your approach. Silence is an expression of peace with a gentle face to defeat noisy trouble of your soul in time of sorrow, and disappointment. Silence is the action of staying tranquil and the action of eliminate disturbing sound in your existence. This kind of silence is the power you cultivate to maintain the balance between your inside world and its exterior, simultaneously it creates a healthier synchronization between you and other human being.

Is there any secret to discover the power of your silence? Or is there any secret to cultivate the force of silence? Absolutely not! There are no secret at all.

It is about the result of a conscious effort you invest in you to grow wisely in the inside to influence your external response and reduce all king of foolishness.

To master your silence must fallow these steps

1. Discover your inner sense
Explore profoundly the mysterious angle of your inner sense by developing a pattern to stay in touch with your spirit. Search deeply for the shadowed corner of your inside, maintain the habit of communicating to your conscience to an extent you feel content.

2. Be tolerant
Develop courage internally to minimize the negative energy and the unwanted evil desire that have reluctant reception toward others.

3. Be logical
The power to force your brain to be analytical by excluding bias and judgment in the way of the truth

4. Be modesty
A humble mentality you let emerge in the inside and the outside to weaken arrogance attitude toward others. Fallow the lights that shine in you to see the modest path.

5. Manage your anger
The side of your conscience you trigger, when the level of irritation is ready to explode. Go back inside of you; invite your tolerance in to call your logic.

6. Forgive and forget
Exonerate yourself is releasing your mind from the prison of your grudge. Overlook the mediocre emotions that retain the plane of your imagination from flying to your dream destination.

7. Keep quiet
Keep quiet even when the wind of reaction is blowing inside, even when the fire of your response is burning, because silence is more powerful than hurricane Katrina. Exodus 14:14 the Lord will fight for you while you keep silent.
