7 Ways to reduce your stress level

Have you ever feeling stressed out? I am positive your answer is yes. Whether you are man or woman, adult or teenager I am certain there are days in your life you feel under pressure, you experience unenthusiastic moment, there are times you feel unwanted, and lonely in the middle of a world full people.

Most of the people live with constant worry which creates a mind frame of an eternal victim, and a loser mentality that can predict the failure in every battle before it is even started. This is how stress strikes, it attacks your self-esteem to bring it low down, it affects your judgment to make you think more negatively, and it confronts your confidence to make you unable to find your creativity and your coolness, moreover it does not discriminate. Every so often it occurs because you magnetize it, and sometimes it is incident that you don’t have any control over. Either way you have to option, you can let it ruin your life or you can fight it.
I must say it is not always bad to feel anxious, because it is reminder that you are still a human being with all your imperfection, and this is one the reason you get up every day to shake up life, and work hard toward the future because you want to have some self-assurance in life, and minimize your stress level.

Today I am granted you full access of certain practices that can help you intentionally reducing your negative stress level, without spending a tone of money by trying to buy happiness and peace of mind. It is all depend on you to reduce your stress level; you need to be in a good state of mind. 1. Meditation
Deliberate your mind from the prisoner thoughts, contemplate your internal beauty, and engage your spiritual reflection to bring yourself to a positive altitude. For more details on how to find some effective meditation technique please, check out the video listed at the bottom of the page.

2. Exercise
Engage yourself in some physical activity; work out as much as you can. Take a walk from time to time because it strengthens your body and relax your mind. When you are fit it increase your self-esteem, it boost your confidence and attract positive energy.

3. Talk to somebody
Most of the time stress strikes your world when you ride alone. Find somebody to talk to, that somebody does not have to be your friend, you don’t have to tell your personal story just talk about anything, ask silly question, but that does makes sense also that engender a back and forth conversation.

4. Find yourself a habit
Develop a routine that consume time and energy. It could be playing music or sport; it could be drawing or anything that can shift your focus from drowning yourself into an ocean of self-pity, and negative self reflection. Once you are following a positive pattern it will help you to alter your behavior from unenthusiastic attitude to lean more toward a positive mindset.

5. socialize
a) Find a group of activity that requires you to leave your comfort zone even just to listen or to observe. Go out with some friends not get drunk and wasted, but to fill the blank of your day
or the emptiness of your week, and make sure you have a lot of fun, dance and sing.

b) Human being has a tendency to react more than they act, therefore be proactive generate reaction by paying compliment to your friends, your families or a stranger. Send them a positive note, it could be a text message to tell them to have a good day, an e-mail them to tell them I was just thinking of you and I just wanted to say hi, a post card whatever you feel comfortable doing. The more you spend the greater your return can be, because it does not guaranty everyone will respond back to you.

6. Listen to music
Listen to music the way you don’t usually listen to it, analyze the words, and put them into context. Choose songs that you normally won’t listen to, and songs that go to the opposite way of your mood.

7. Read about something
If you have an issue that is tormenting your mind go online find subjects that are related to the situation you are in. Find a book, a news paper, or a magazine to read, go over the images, and read the title until you find something that capture your interest.

Hey Wolfred...Yeah, i think that it is nice, but i would maybe make different section for the different topics. I would also change the background color to something more bright..it is quite dreary..other than that, it is interesting. What is your goal with this site?
